These guys used to be great. My last few times going there hadn't been. Always need a lot more work before I can what I need done. Maybe they are right something just seems off now. Come to find out today, they didn't put one of my lug nuts back on. What happened to this place?

Boycotting. They would not tell me over the phone how much 4 tires would be because they do not do quotes over the phone. I asked that if I come in would they tell me how much 4 tires would cost. The man said "yes." So, Let's review. If,... IF I spend gas money to drive down to their establishment to get a quote so that I can prepare to buy either 2 or 4 now, (depending how much it's going to cost vs wait 2 more weeks to get 2 more, you know, like if they had a sale and whrn I get paid). So, drive ALL THE WAY THERE, then drive ALL THE WAY BACK HOME to get a quote. Kind of makes you wonder if they are getting a commission on people spending money on gas. Asinine statement? Yep. But not as Asinine as MAKING PEOPLE SPEND MONEY ON GAS FOR JUST GETTING A QUOTE!!! BOYCOTTING. And....your loss.

I visited this shop this week and received phenomenal service from the moment I walked through the door. After having a bad experience with another mechanic who failed to properly address my vehicle’s issues, I brought my car to Precision Tune and explained what was going on. The team was quick to get my car into the shop and start diagnosing the problem. They kept me informed throughout the process, called me promptly with updates, and fixed the issue efficiently. Their professionalism, honesty, and excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free. I will definitely be returning for any future automotive needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

Rating: ***** 5-Stars-Plus. I recently had my rear brake pads and rotors replaced at Precision Tune Auto Care of Fayetteville, and I couldn't be more impressed. They did an outstanding job at very competitive, lower prices compared to many other car mechanical shops. What really sets them apart is professionalism, excellent prices, and the facility itself. Both the office and the mechanical work areas are incredibly well-organized and very clean. The waiting areas—both inside and outside—are friendly and comfortable. If you’re looking for a top-tier Auto Mechanic Shop with superb customer service and excellent quality work done right at a reasonably competitive price, then Precision Tune is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I took my car in for an alignment after purchasing new tires. Everyone was very welcoming. I was helped immediately and my car was taken back quickly. There were no issues with the alignment and my car drives great now. For a 2008 vehicle with 240,000 miles on it, it handles almost like new.
